We can not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
We ship to all destinations in AUSTRALIA ONLY, using a number of Courier services managed by Sendle, such as Australia Post, and Couriers Please.
Shipping costs are calculated by the checkout and shown automatically.
All orders are automatically insured against loss - there is no surcharge for insurance.
We do not allow pickups from the warehouse, due to security concerns for our staff.
What if I have given you a wrong shipping address, eg mistake in street number or postcode?
Orders are normally shipped next-working-day. If we have not yet shipped your order, login and message us from your order, and we can correct the address. If the order has already been handed to a courier, we will try to get it re-directed, or returned to us, but we can not accept any liability, or offer any refund/replacement, should the parcel fail to be delivered to you as a result of an incorrectly-given address.
Please make sure you give us an address that's always attended in the daytime - the courier requires a signature, so your workplace is usually the best choice.
